Published on Monday 5 November 2012 07:00 This week the T&C newsdesk received a very special package in the post, and that package was the amazing new EP from local heroes Cicero Buck. The EP, which launched at an event at The Burnaby Arms in Bedford last week is a real mixed bag of loveliness, and today I am going to review two of my favourite tracks: Not Enough Words - This is by far my favourite track, and if I was reviewing this after hearing the first couple of lines I would say it was the perfect first dance song for a wedding. But this classic power ballad is actually a tale of lost love, with woeful yet surprisingly uplifting lyrics. If there is such a thing, this is beautiful break-up music. Heavy Rain - What a tune! Easy listening gold and the kind of tune I can imaging driving along Route 66 to. With tantalising stops and starts throughout the track is just recognisable enough to be comforting, but with all of the great stuff that makes Cicero Buck so unique and cool!
